Customer Service/Order Entry Specialist

The company is a leading manufacturers’ representative of plumbing, heating, waterworks and commercial drain products with sales representation throughout New England, Maine, New Hampshire, New York and the Mid-Atlantic states. We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service/Order Entry Specialist to join our team and work in-office in our headquarters in Brockton.

This is an on-site Customer Service/Order Entry Specialist position. It is full-time, forty-hours-per-week. Remote work is not available for this position.

Understanding or familiarity with commercial drains, a plus. Knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics 365 software, preferred.
Duties include, but are not limited to, handling customer inquires, processing customer orders through multiple ERP systems that include EDI, Esker, manufacturer’s portals, and manual entry. Must prioritize orders by shipping instructions. Must verify details of each order and confirm any differences with customer. Other items as directed by the supervisor.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
