Our Downtown Milwaukee dispatch location needs seasonal snow shovelers and sidewalk equipment crews, heavy equipment operators, and plow/salt truck drivers to join our Snow & Ice Removal Teams.
Do you work a seasonal job? Are you looking for winter employment, extra income, or a sense of purpose? Join our professional snow and ice management team! We are seeking on-call seasonal staff to assist in our winter snow/ice removal operations from November through April. With excellent performance and reliability, you can get ahead with a potential spring job offer on our landscape maintenance or construction teams.
Equipment is provided - Hourly pay rate is based on your experience:
- Heavy Equipment Operators (Skidsteers and Wheel-Loaders) Premium pay $25 - $35 per hour
- Plow/Salt Truck Drivers Premium pay $22 - $33 per hour Valid Driver's License and responsible driving record required must have at least two years’ experience driving a snow plow for business and residential properties
Candidates must possess reliable transportation, a reliable phone (so that we can contact you!), a willing attitude, the ability to work in cold temperatures and lift up to 50 pounds. You must be at least 18 years old.
