REQUIREMENTS :
Native or fluent in Danish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency.
Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotational shifts and overnight shifts.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
