DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Research and identify potential hosts for our clients properties.
- Reach out to potential hosts through email phone or social media.
- Initiate conversations to assess interest and suitability.
- Manage ongoing communication to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team to support training and integration.
- Maintain an uptodate database of potential and current cohosts.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from potential cohosts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
