DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Continuously enhance the automation framework, CI / CD pipelines, documentation, Allure TestOps, and other advanced testing tools used within the department
- Develop automated tests for UI, API, and performance validation
- Aim for zero production bugs following each release
- Collaborate with clients, account managers, and support teams to investigate and resolve reported bugs, and implement additional testing measures to prevent future issues
- Assess quality standards, procedures, and practices
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of quality policies
- Take ownership of the overall product quality and reliability
- Analyze test reports and provide insights to drive improvements
