Key Responsibilities :
Use of evidence-based practices.Engaging children, adults and family members in life-changing therapy, including Veterans.Identifying DSM 5-TR Diagnoses and developing / reviewing Treatment Plans.Maintaining a manageable caseload based on client needs, frequency of sessions and clinician availability.Growing the overall Outpatient Continuum of comprehensive services through community engagement.Maintaining documentation requirements in electronic health records.Collaborating with the Care Coordinator when assistance is needed on certain administrative tasks.Qualifications :
Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field = RequiredClear / Active FL Therapy License (LMFT / LMHC / LCSW) = RequiredOr Registered Intern Status / Eligible For Master's Level RoleExperience working with adults and families = RequiredSpanish or Creole Bilingual = Preferred But Not RequiredMicrosoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams / Video Conferencing) and Electronic Medical Records experience = Strongly PreferredStaying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = RequiredAbility to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required
