Behavioral Health Tech (POOL) - Crossroads Continuum (#1164)- FULL TIME. SIGN-ON BONUS

Serving adults, children and families, this year, more than 315,000 prevention, intervention and treatment services will be provided.
POSITION DETAILS :
Overseeing and participating in Client care processes
Ensuring a safe and therapeutic milieu
Setting appropriate Client boundaries
Consistently communicating Program rules and expectations to clients
Being actively engaged with entire Treatment Team (Other BHT's, Nurses, Support Staff & Providers)
- Performing Client-related duties such as :
Admissions & Orientation
Search and Seizure & Unit UA Screenings
Facilitating and / or managing groups
Discharges & Documentation
Following all Infection Control Standards including Client Laundry needs.
Supporting Client success :
Empathetic communication with active listening to address needs
Utilizing DLC de-escalation techniques to diffuse and intervene if necessary
REQUIREMENTS :
COMPENSATION :
Day Shift (8AM-4PM) = $1.00 / hr [Weekends Only]
Evening Shift (4PM-12AM) = $2.00 / hr [Weekdays] & $3.00 / hr [Weekends]
SCHEDULES :
Shift schedule varies month-to-month
Includes Day (8AM-4PM), Evening (4PM-12AM)
Includes Weekends & Holidays
