Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Project Management Assistant (PMA) to provide essential support to our Project Managers and Project Superintendents. This position offers a hybrid work model where the PMA must be present in our office headquarters at least three days per week, with the flexibility for remote work on other days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer robust administrative support to Project Managers and Project Superintendents throughout all project phases.
- Handle project documentation, including scheduling, issuing correspondence, and document tracking.
- Act as a liaison between office and field teams, including site superintendents, clients, and subcontractors.
- Participate in local field meetings when necessary and support project planning and coordination.
Candidate Requirements:
- Location/Relocation: Applicants should be ready to work from our Croaker, VA office at least three days a week. Candidates not in the immediate area must be prepared for immediate relocation. No relocation assistance is offered.
