Overview
David Restaurant Group is are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our brand of restaurants. 13 restaurants with four different concepts: Butterbee's American Grille, Country Inn Restaurant, Tender Towne, and Skyline Chili. This job has the ability to be remote, our locations are on the extreme east side of Cincinnati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of various social media channels, content creation, and analytics to ensure our messaging resonates with target audiences.
Duties
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer inquiries, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly to comments and messages.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall advertising and public relations strategies.
- Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Capture high-quality photography for use in social media posts and promotional materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends in e-commerce and digital marketing to enhance strategy effectiveness.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong skills in content creation, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools to assess performance metrics is a plus.
- Background in advertising or public relations can enhance your application.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail are essential.
- A passion for photography is a nice-to-have skill that will contribute to the visual aspect of our campaigns.
