David Ross Orthodontics is currently looking for a full-time clinical orthodontic team member. 1 year or more of EXPERIENCE is a plus but not necessary. All we ask is that you bring a FIVE STAR attitude, an eagerness to learn, and a love for people and patients! We are a private practice seeking motivated, enthusiastic, bubbly people to join our already amazing team!
Summary of Position:
Our clinical orthodontic assistants are responsible for hands-on patient care and coordinating all levels of treatment with the practice and doctor. This role is vital and requires a high level of attention to detail and organization in a fast-paced environment. Participating in our team's community outreach and marketing activities.
Essential Job Function:
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude and deliver excellent customer service to patients
- Coordinate patient care and treatment according to the doctor and other team members.
- Hands on patient care and assisting the doctor and other team members in delivering orthodontic treatment
- Be receptive to training and coaching on best practices
- Maintain an organized working space
- Coordinate with other team members and doctors as needed for treatment issues or questions
- Other duties as required as they relate to the position

High-School Diploma Required
1-3 Years Relative Experience
1 Year of healthcare experience
