- Schedule jobs and coordinate with the installation crew
- Handle invoices, receipts, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Assist with client follow-ups and basic marketing tasks
- Support day-to-day office operations
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, invoicing software)
- Bilingual(English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Experience in an office setting is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
