- Lead a team of lawn care professionals to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard
- Schedule and organize tasks to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively
- Maintain and operate all equipment and ensure that it is in good working condition
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that team members are trained in safe working practices
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide high-quality customer service
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and ensure that they are meeting performance goals
- Complete administrative tasks such as time tracking, inventory management, and equipment maintenance records
- Ensure that all work is completed within the established budget and timeline
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading a team of lawn care professionals
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment
- Ability to operate and maintain a range of lawn care equipment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record.
