Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate snow plow trucks to clear driveways, roads, and parking lots.
- Apply salt and de-icing materials as needed.
- Monitor weather conditions to respond quickly to snow events.
- Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleared efficiently and thoroughly.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience operating snow plows or heavy equipment preferred.
- Mechanical skills are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during snowstorms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Physical ability to handle long shifts and adverse weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to our shop in Loretto.
