Heavy Civil Superintendent - Supervising Foreman

David W. White Sports Construction is seeking qualified candidates for the position of full-time Heavy Civil Superintendent - Supervising Foreman in Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000/year. We also offer our team health insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off. This position also earns a company truck, gas card, and tools. Our owners are understanding and great to work with!

The position entails a full-time commitment with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM. We offer a predictable routine, allowing for personal time and commitments outside of work. WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As a Heavy Civil Superintendent - Supervising Foreman , you will oversee the daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget. Each day will begin with an assessment of project tasks, during which you will manage and lead your crew while coordinating with subcontractors. You will utilize your skills in blueprint interpretation to effectively layout project plans and communicate clearly with your team. Your focus on adhering to safety standards and maintaining high-quality workmanship will be paramount as you navigate challenges throughout the construction process, fostering a collaborative working environment that drives team success.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A HEAVY CIVIL SUPERINTENDENT - SUPERVISING FOREMAN ?

• 5 years of experience in heavy civil or utility construction in a supervisory role
• Ability to read blueprints and lead the crew
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and project management team
• Ability to communicate with Owner or Owner's reps
• GPS layout experience
