We are seeking a skilled Home Building Operations Manager to join our team in Midlothian, TX. As a key member of our Builder team, you will be responsible for overseeing single-family residential construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage home construction projects from development to completion, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely completion of projects.
- Budget time and prioritize effectively to meet established goals and deadlines.
- Establish strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze problems and act decisively to resolve issues and optimize project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of residential production building experience.
