Job Title: Residential Construction Superintendent/Builder

Location: Midlothian, TX

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Residential Construction Superintendent/Builder to join our team in Midlothian. Our Builder team oversees single-family residential construction, delivering quality-built homes along with an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage home construction from development through final construction on a timely and economical basis.
• Plan, schedule, and implement quality built homes while maintaining a low cost variance.
• BUILD RAPPORT WITH CUSTOMERS AND MAINTAIN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING PROCESS.
• Inspect the quality of work performed by subcontractors and maintain a professional, clean, and organized job site.
• Coordinate and complete homebuyer reviews.
• Work closely with the sales team and all other Weekley team members.
• Select, coordinate, oversee, and manage people, materials, and budgets.
• Manage worker productivity and compliance with building/safety codes.
• Utilize understanding of contracts, plans, construction methods, and regulations.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reports.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of residential production building preferred.
• Experience scheduling and supervising subcontractors.
• Effective communication and interaction with customers and teammates.
• Prior experience handling subcontractor payroll and budgetary responsibilities.
• Flexibility and problem-solving capabilities.
• College education preferred.
