Responsibilities :
As a Homebuilding Intern, you will participate in hands-on training. Youll have the chance to shadow experienced professionals and engage in various activities, including :
- Sales & Customer Engagement : Learn the day-to-day responsibilities of a New Home Sales Consultant, including greeting and qualifying prospective home buyers, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Marketing Strategies : Assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives to promote new home communities and enhance brand awareness.
- Purchasing Insights : Gain exposure to the purchasing process, including vendor relations and inventory management, to understand how these elements contribute to our overall operations.
- General Operations : Participate in team meetings and collaborative projects that highlight the interconnectedness of sales, marketing, and operations.
- Must have housing available in the greater Tampa Bay / Sarasota area for the duration of the internship
- Must be currently enrolled in a full-time college program for Marketing, Business, Real Estate or related field, with an interest in learning about the Residential Construction industry. Applicants not currently enrolled in a college or university will not be considered.
- Able to work up to 40 hours per week
- Driven to excel and learn across multiple business functions
- Enjoy tackling new challenges in a dynamic environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for relationship-building
- Strong focus on customer service and communication skills
