About the Role
The Store Manager is a seasoned retail professional responsible for leading the overall store business objectives, including sales and profitability goals. This individual will oversee all store operations, recruit and develop top talent, and build strong relationships with internal and external clients to establish an exceptional service culture.
The David Yurman Store Manager will be accountable for delivering controllable expenses on or under expense budgets, ensuring all company policies and procedures are communicated and followed, and maintaining a culture of inventory care and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and/or exceed sales plan
- Lead, motivate, and drive sales professionals to meet sales targets and exceed expectations for customer service
- Ensure all associates deliver goals for CRM data capture/clientele rapport building and collaborate on the development of strategic customer retention and acquisition goals
- Model, coach, and hold staff accountable for providing a positive and rewarding client experience in all customer interactions
- Establish and maintain store opening and closing procedures and create staff work, meal, and rest break schedules that ensure appropriate store coverage
