Job Description
Title : Merchandising Temp, Women's
Reporting Into : Assistant Manager, Merchandising
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Understand merchandising systems such as PLM and how they are used to complete day-to-day functions and tasks.
- PLM Management : Assist with entering pricing (target and estimated retails), updating and maintaining sample quantities in the system for upcoming market, and flagging product systematically for future campaigns.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting / requests from cross-functional partners.
- Refresh / saving Design line plans into specified Merch folders and updating all images accordingly.
- DY Signature Line Plan Management : Oversee the management of the DY Signature Line Plan, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Weekly Reporting and Data Cleansing : Produce weekly reports on product performance and conduct thorough data cleansing of product attribute information to maintain data integrity and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Update quarterly pricing files with new product, photos, and sales information.
- Communicate cross-functionally to answer all product inquiry emails and respond to requests / products questions.
- Update Women's delivery flow bi-weekly to ensure accurate information.
- Coordinate samples with Merch vault for upcoming meetings.
- Complete shops with the help of Assistant Manager for upcoming promotions in partnership with E-Commerce / Social teams.
- Assist with the upcoming market by completing platform audits and systematic changes.
- Complete information audits for cross-functional partners such as Learning and Development and provide information for Creative Merch team.
- Assistance with Women's creation requests.
- Understanding of upcoming market line plan functions and how final retails are submitted.
Qualifications :
Estimated Hourly Rate : $27.00-28.00 per hour
Base pay is one component of David Yurman's total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees : access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.
