Role and Responsibilities :
The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners. You will be focused on building robust partnerships, aligning our sales strategies with retailer needs, working with regional distributors, and ensuring our products are positioned for optimal performance.
- Create tailored sales strategies for various retailers, ensuring they align with our overarching brand strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers
- Work closely with distributors to optimize our footprint and ensure execution at retail
- Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to support the execution of promotion strategies
- Tailor promotional and merchandising strategies to the unique requirements of each retailer ensuring our products are optimally positioned to capture consumer interest
- Ensure compliance with each retailer's standards, advocating for David’s brand values and objectives to maintain a premium product presence
- Leverage consumer data and industry trends to inform strategic planning and drive decisions
