Davidson Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC of Rome has immediate openings for a General Motors Trained Technician with a NYS Inspectors License to join our busy service department!

Pay Range: $20 - $35, Flat Rate
Hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Perform standard vehicle maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay up to date with rapidly changing automotive technology.
- Keep advisors aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid New York State Inspectors License.
- Must have current and valid manufacturer certifications.
- Previous experience with automotive mechanical diagnosis.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
Preferred:
- Previous dealership experience.
- Welding training/experience.
- ASE Certifications.
