Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and self-responsible Kitchen Line Cook to join our dynamic team. The position requires working 30 hours a week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Responsibilities
· Preparing ingredients for dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
· Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
· Ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
· Complying with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
· Maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
· Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
· Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
· Must be motivated and self-responsible.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
