Davidson Charter Academy in Lexington, NC is seeking candidates for full-time Teacher Positions for the 2025-2026 School Year!

Applicants must have a current NC teacher license or be eligible to receive one.  This is a full-time position and teaching experience is preferred.  The teacher will be expected to take on all normal duties, such as planning, parent communication, report cards, student evaluations, morning and dismissal duty, attending meetings, and other activities as assigned. 

HOURS: Full-time

SALARY: Based on NC Teacher Salary Schedule, years of experience and certification

BENEFITS: Health Care Plan, Paid Personal/Sick Days, and Private Retirement Plan

Term: 10 Months

All teachers at DCA are on one-year contracts. Contract renewal is contingent upon successful performance, completion of duties and expectations, as well as funding.
