Job Description :

Production Graphic Designer

We are seeking an entry-level Production Graphic Designer with fundamentals of design in Photoshop and a basic understanding of Illustrator. Graphics will contain text and 1 to 3 vector art pieces that can be accessed in our asset library.

Firearm knowledge is preferred, although not necessary. We are able to transfer knowledge to the right candidate.

This position is required to work onsite for 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with our Marketing Team, Creative, and Brand Managers.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for graphic creation for newsletters, website, and social media platforms.
  • Design and produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, presentations, brochures, infographics, and more.
  • Product photo editing for the marketing department and brand managers.
  • Listing photo template creation.
  • Font building and alteration.
  • Data asset management.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Adobe Firefly and other design software experience is a plus.
  • Proven design experience with digital and print marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with design trends relating to brand identity, color theory, fonts, and typography.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and communicate our message and values effectively.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously (web pages, campaigns, multimedia design assets) and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Continuously improve your skills and knowledge of design processes, trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment as part of an in-house design team.
  • This is not a remote position.

    • Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of Photography / Videography and editing experience.
  • Knowledge of firearms and firearm parts (preferred).
  • Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Adobe functions.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Creativity, unique and innovative approach to design.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively.
  • Time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Able to maintain professionalism under possibly stressful circumstances.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Repetitive hand motion (such as typing).
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
