About the Role:
As a Land Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects. You will be responsible for analyzing land data and providing recommendations to support our land acquisition and development efforts. Your work will directly impact the growth and profitability of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis of land data to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the feasibility of land development projects.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in negotiating land deals and contracts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to land acquisition and development.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in land analysis, real estate development, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in negotiating land deals and contracts.
- Knowledge of GIS software and mapping tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
