As the Managing Director, you will oversee the operation and profitability for the hotel/s, reporting directly to the Regional Vice President for your Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships and work closely with property team members, Davidson Corporate leaders and owners
- Promote positive guest relations and ensure the highest level of service
- Direct, recruit, and develop hotel leadership teams
- ensure the profitability and revenue of the hotel
- Coordinating any in-depth and detailed projects and/or renovations of the property
- Development and mentoring of the General Manager

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 Years experience as a GM in full service and Lifestyle hotels is preferred
- Strong business communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and lead each department independently within a diverse workforce
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plans
- Ability to organize and manage various projects simultaneously
- Time Management skills
- Negotiation Abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
