Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile and help them feel right at home by the pool
- Provide towels, lounge chairs, and an unbeatable vibe
- Ensure everyone’s soaking up the sun safely by enforcing pool rules
- Assist with setting up poolside activities, events, and all-around fun!
- Help guests with any requests, from sunscreen to snacks
Qualifications
- A friendly, approachable personality with a passion for guest service
- Ability to stay cool under the sun while multitasking
- Team player who loves creating unforgettable guest experiences
- Lifeguard certification is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and love for outdoor workMust be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of safety regulations is a plus
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
