Position Overview
ProForce Law Enforcement is an innovative leader in law enforcement equipment and firearms sales. We are recognized by our customers for our excellence in creative marketing, technology, professionalism, and world-class customer service. ProForce is currently seeking an Regional Sales Manager for the state of Florida to join our hardworking Outside Sales Team.
The Regional Sales Manager is a base commission outside sales position that is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with our customers in State, Local, and Federal law enforcement agencies. Our Regional Sales Managers spend their time visiting law with enforcement agencies throughout the territory, conducting product demonstrations, as well as representing ProForce at various trade shows and product training classes.
The Ideal Regional Sales Manager Candidate Would Possess
- The ability to be on the road 100% (including many overnights) of the time using company-provided vehicle and equipment
- 5 years prior outside sales experience
- Prior Law Enforcement or Military experience is a PLUS
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to work independently with little to no direct supervision
- A responsive, action oriented, and customer obsessed drive for success
- A proactive, upbeat, and positive attitude
- Flexibility, creativity, and strategic thinking skills
- The ability to demonstrate strong prioritization and organizational skills
- An ability to communicate in a professional and articulate manner
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems
Regional Sales Manager Pay & Benefits
ProForce offers a generous benefits compensation package including a competitive base wage of $80k base PLUS commission with an opportunity to earn $100k and up in addition to voluntary benefits which include family Medical, Dental, and Vision coverages as well as supplemental life insurance, flexible spending accounts, short-term / long-term disability plans, pet insurance, cash benefit plans, and a 401(k) retirement plan with a generous 25% match!
