Davidson is seeking a Model Based Systems Engineer Lead in Detroit, Michigan. This position is contingent on contract award.
This pivotal role contributes to a dynamic, forward-thinking initiative for the United States government. The program is collaborating closely with a diverse array of experts specializing in Digital Transformation, Integrated Architecture, and Digital Enterprise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (STEM) with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience
- Significant experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE); specifically using SysML (Cameo)
- Leadership and management experience; ability to oversee MBSE practitioners
- Requirements decomposition and traceability expertise
- Expertise in Structural Decomposition
- Expertise in Behavior Modeling
- Expertise in Parametric modeling within an integrated systems model
- Experience verifying architectures with Cameo Simulation Toolkit
- Experience in creation of/modification of methodologies
- Coaching experience with methodology adoption.
- Profile development expertise, especially when NOT to add stereotypes
Desired Competencies:
- Master's Degree in Engineering (STEM) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Ground Combat Systems' Common Infrastructure Architecture (GCIA) experience
- Mili
- Digital Engineering/Transformation Experience
- MATLAB experience
Clearance:
- Currently holds or able to obtain a Secret Clearance
