Davidson is seeking a Program Control Analyst in Huntsville, AL. The Program Control Analyst will assist the F, P & A team and Program Managers with the planning, tracking, analysis and reporting of multiple projects of varying contract type, size complexity and level of risk. This Program Control Analyst will report to the Program Control Manager.
Job Responsibilities :
- Plan, authorize, monitor and track program expenditures
- Facilitate project setup and authorization in Company ERP : Deltek Costpoint
- Prepare and update budgets, forecasts, and EACs
- Prepare and analyze monthly cost status reports and contract deliverables
- Validate invoices
- Prepare budget analysis and respond to financial / budget questions and concerns as required
- Identify and recommend process efficiencies, and carryout implementation
- Other job duties as assigned
