To provide administration support across all the teams within the Guernsey office.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administration support across all teams within the Guernsey office
- Assist within the compliance area
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of board packs
- Assisting in the drafting of Minutes
- Arranging meeting rooms, hotels, flights, taxis etc
- Posting and reconciliation of daily banking
- Assisting in the setup of banking payments in preparation for authorisation
- Collection and recording of data in relation to compliance monitoring programmes
- Ensuring all correspondence is stored electronically
- Providing cover for other staff for holidays, sickness as required
- GCSE or level
- Good IT skills, particularly in relation to Microsoft Office Suite
