- Shift: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm; Friday 8:00am-3:00pm
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Assistant for our new Jasper location. This will be a multi-specialty clinic: Family Practice, General Surgery, and Urology.
- Provides care that meets the psycho-social, physical and general aspects of care
- Meets the communication needs of patient and family.
- Provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations.
- Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office policies, procedures and standards.
- Communicates with provider and team members about patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatically.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant, LPN or RN
- Excellent computer skills
- Good customer service in daily operations of a busy medical clinic.
- Clinic office experience preferred.
- Experience with EHR preferred.
- Team player in a fast paced office setting with excellent customer service skills, excellent skills in patient assessment, and critical thinking.
- Flexibility and the ability to multi task is a must.
