The paramedic performs advanced life support and technical emergency medical work in the field and Emergency Room (ER), mentors and trains EMS employees, oversees day to day operations of EMS staff, tracks patient care reports, collaboration with contracted billing company, processing and submitting employee timecards, ordering office and medical supplies, updating and maintaining quality dashboards, collaborating with Team Leads, assists with all staff and community education and completing all other assigned duties.

Qualifications
- Indiana Paramedic License (National Registry Preferred) and driver’s license.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required.
- Instructor in BLS, ACLS and PALS within 1 year of hire.
- Coaching the Emergency Vehicle Operator (CEVO), Advanced Medical Life Support (AMLS) and International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) certifications within 1 year of hire.
