What are the responsibilities and job description for the Environmental Services Tech (Clinics) position at Daviess Community Hospital?
Job Description
- Cleans all areas of the Bahavioral HealthTransitions Clinic within DCH.
- Cleans Daviess Community Hospital Montgomery Medical Clinic 2 to 3 days per week.
- Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner in order to reflect the highest integrity of the Environmental Services Department.
- Performs routine cleaning of patient rooms, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways.
- Completes work assignments in a timely manner.
- Utilizes the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
- Reports safety hazards as appropriate.
- Replenishes supplies.
- Follows infection control practices including hand hygiene techniques, standard precautions and isolation precautions.
