Phlebotomist

- Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm; Friday, Saturday, Sundary
Job Description
- Performs venipuncture and skin punctures competently and expediently as well as collection of various swabs.
- Has thorough knowledge of test requirements, assists in Clinical Laboratory as needed.
- Responsibilities include blood cultures, blood samples, urine drug screening, must be able to give instructions to patient for various specimen collections.
- Promote excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred as well, but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required-must be comfortable and professional in interacting with clients, office staff and patients.
