Job Description
Responsible for oversight/supervision of Case Management and Utilization Review activities and personnel. Will assist CNO with scheduling, payroll and evaluation of staff.
Will effectively manage the variable cost of care delivery by using quality and utilization criteria, evidence base protocols, early intervention of discharge needs, facilitate communication interdisciplinary teams/rounds and timely intervention when issues arise.
Qualifications
- Current Indiana RN license
- Current BCLS certification
- Previous case management experience required
