Our agency is seeking a career-minded, organized individual capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment. Excellent computer skills are required. This person must be proficient with document preparation, business letter writing, and data entry. Will be responsible for handling a large caseload, calculating child support obligations and arrearages, preparing files for court, professionally communicating with parties and agencies via telephone and email. Additionally, candidate will be responsible for sending and responding to agency information requests, accurately updating addresses and employment information in our system, and performing routine office duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and shredding.
Requirements: High school diploma, computer/clerical experience
This position has an initial probationary period of six (6) months. Upon completion of probationary period and assignment of a full caseload, will be reviewed for salary increase.
Applicant must pass criminal background check and drug-screening. Applicant must be bondable.
Job Type: Full-time
