As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead key marketing initiatives and help elevate our brand within the industry.


Job Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, driving engagement, and connecting with our community. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development, you will be responsible for managing our branding efforts, online marketing strategies, community engagement, event coordination, and webinars. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent execution skills to position DaVinci Lock as a leader in the self-storage industry.


Key Responsibilities


Branding and Image Management

  • Develop and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity across all platforms.
  • Craft messaging that aligns with the company’s mission and values to resonate with our audience.
  • Ensure all marketing materials meet brand guidelines and effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Online Marketing
  • Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
  • Monitor analytics to measure performance and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Community Engagement and Events
  • Represent DaVinci Lock in the self-storage community by organizing and managing events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate the company’s presence at self-storage trade shows, including booth design, logistics, and on-site engagement strategies.
  • Build relationships with industry influencers, partners, and thought leaders to enhance our visibility and credibility.
  • Webinars and Social Media
  • Plan and execute monthly webinars, leveraging social media platforms to increase reach and attendance.
  • Manage live events and Q&A sessions to engage prospects, customers, and the broader self-storage community.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with product updates, customer success stories, and industry trends.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record in managing branding initiatives, online marketing campaigns, and event planning.
  • Experience with social media management tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot and PowerBI)
  • Knowledge of or experience in the self-storage or property management industry is a plus.
