A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
In this office position, you play a vital role in keeping our customers happy and satisfied! Each day, you arrive at work ready to provide the top-notch customer service our company is known for.
You answer all incoming calls, maintaining a happy demeanor at all times and actively listening to everything our clients have to say.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
- Experience providing assistance over the phone

WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
This position typically works 40 hours per week with shifts from 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM, 8 AM - 5 PM, or 9 AM - 6 PM . Some Saturday work is required.
