WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
As our HVAC Call Center - Customer Service Manager, you'll thrive in a full-time role with a flexible schedule, varying from Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM, and the occasional Saturday shift from 9 AM - 2 PM. Your typical day will involve:
- Leadership: Inspire and lead a dedicated team of customer service professionals to deliver excellence consistently.
- Efficient Call Scheduling: Oversee our dispatch board to ensure calls are scheduled in the most efficient manner, optimizing both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Tackle customer issues with finesse, utilizing your seasoned problem-solving skills to ensure swift and effective resolutions, leaving our customers delighted with our service.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR HVAC CALL CENTER - CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
- 5 years of dispatching experience
- 5 years of customer service experience
- 3 years of management experience
Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills are preferred!
