THE VITAL ROLE YOU PLAY AS AN HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST - SCHEDULER
This scheduling and customer care position typically works 40 hours per week with shifts from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 8 AM - 5 PM, or 9 AM - 6 PM. Some Saturday work is required.
As an integral part of our team, you're responsible for ensuring our customers are happy and satisfied with our services. Every day, you provide exceptional customer service by answering all incoming phone calls with a warm and friendly demeanor and actively listening to their needs and concerns. Your excellent communication skills are crucial in scheduling service calls promptly and efficiently.
