Job Title: Commercial Lines CRM/Account Manager Training Specialist (ideally with Applied Epic/AMS Experience)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management, with a strong knowledge of Applied Epic and/or AMS systems. This role requires travel and a positive, proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Development:
- Provide training to employees on Epic workflows, ensuring all team members are well-versed in system procedures.
- Deliver training on Epic procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the team.
- Workflow Management:
- Regularly verify that workflows in place are current and up-to-date with company standards.
- Amend workflows as needed and conduct training on any changes to ensure team members are properly equipped to follow new processes.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of Epic system procedures and improve overall account management efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Commercial Lines Account Management.
- Personal Lines experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Applied Epic and/or AMS is preferred.
- Strong training and communication skills, with the ability to teach and mentor employees effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
