Case Manager/SSW with Lived Experience

• Guiding clients through all levels of care offered at DBH, including case management, personal recovery coaching, and peer support
• Engaging with clients in an outpatient capacity, particularly those connected to our Medication Assisted Therapy clinic
• Linking clients to essential community resources, helping them build a sustainable lifestyle of recovery

• A deep understanding of recovery principles grounded in lived experience
• A minimum of sustained recovery (2-5 years)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effectively engaging with clients and facilitating group sessions
• Familiarity with case management tools and community resource navigation
• The ability to recognize and address life-interfering instances such as hospitalization or disruptions in daily activities

• Competitive Salary: $25.50 per hour for candidates with an active SSW license, $21.50 per hour for those holding a bachelor's degree without professional licensure, and $19.00 per hour for candidates without a bachelor's degree
