As a Case Manager/SSW with Lived Experience, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through all levels of care, including case management, personal recovery coaching, and peer support.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recovery principles grounded in lived experience. A minimum of sustained recovery (2-5 years) is required, with a preference for those in stable recovery (5 years). Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for effectively engaging with clients and facilitating group sessions.
