As a Retention Specialist , you’ll :
Proactively engage with our clients to maintain and strengthen relationships.
Analyze accounts to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Implement creative strategies to improve customer retention.
Be the hero who helps our clients feel supported and valued. 💪
What We’re Looking For :
Licensed Life and / or Health Insurance agents are strongly preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, retention, or sales is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person!).
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
A passion for delivering amazing customer experiences.
