Davis Chevrolet located in Houston, TX is looking for a Business Development Center Representative (BDC) to join our successful team. We are looking for individuals with BDC or Equivalent Call Center Experience and the drive to succeed.

Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Responsibilities :
- Address incoming sales calls
- Email, text, and call customers with information pertaining to their vehicle purchase
- Keep up-to-date notes in the CRM
- Address customer concerns- Understand and maintain product knowledge
- Assist customers with the purchase of a new vehicle
- Complete daily work activities
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction
- Other duties assigned
