YOUR SCHEDULE FOR AN INN AND CONFERENCE CENTER MANAGER
You'll work between Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with some weekends and on-call duties to keep everything running smoothly across our 24/7 properties.
YOUR DAY
As a full-time Inn and Conference Center and Hotel Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our operations for the Hilton Garden Inn Layton and the Davis Conference Center, making sure our hotel guests feel welcome and our conference events go off without a hitch. You'll oversee accommodations, keep things running seamlessly in the conference center, and ensure everything is financially sound. Leading a team of talented managers and staff, you'll embody Western States Lodging values, solve challenges as they arise, and represent us proudly in the community.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of experience as a hotel General Manager
- Conference center management expertise is a must
- Food and beverage management experience
- Proven success in P&L management
- 4-year degree in a relevant field
- Passion for leadership and the ability to embody Western States Lodging's values in everything you do
