JOB TITLE : Mechanical Manager (Exempt)
DEPARTMENT : IM D
REPORTS TO : Senior Mechanical Manager
The Mechanical Manager is responsible for leading the overall management of these specialized trades for a project, in both an estimating and preconstruction capacity. This role is responsible for understanding the deliverables, developing a work plan, and identifying resources required, while coordinating with the Lead Estimating Manager / Preconstruction Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform responsibilities with excellence in service, integrity and building relationships as exemplified in DAVIS core values
- Lead budget / bid / GMP assembly for the trade specialization
- Quantity takeoff - proficiency and efficiency in takeoff software
- Scope writing and qualification development for the trade specialization
- Collaborate with the project team in establishing comprehensive scopes of work incorporating
operations standards

T he base salary (or hourly) range for this position is
105,000.00 - $135,000.00
