Functional Description :
Duties and Responsibilities :
As a Journeyman Program Analyst, you are responsible for providing customer recommendations for E-130J related initiatives. The E-130J has recently started the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) phase as an acquisition category (ACAT) I program. The position would be responsible directly to the IPT Lead and Deputy IPT Lead in tracking of contract execution and performance as well as initiating and developing funding and procurement documents for future program requirements for systems that are within the purview of the IPT. Apply knowledge and expertise in continuous process improvement to track performance to plan on program office efforts.
Required Experience :
Three years or more experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Desired Experience :
At least 2 years of experience developing and coordinating procurement documentation. Experience with acquisition reviews and cost analysis. Experience with the following : Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT), Program Management Tool (PMT), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Program, Planning and Budgeting System (PPBS), Statements of Work (SOW), and Procurement Initiation Documents (PID).
Experience with aircraft manufacture design specifications especially aircraft structures and systems. Familiarity with preparing data for meeting Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP) gate reviews to successfully transition into the program's next phase.
Education Requirements :
BA / BS degree from an accredited college.
Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
