We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette and clerical skills, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing various administrative tasks. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, providing support to both staff and clients.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, directing calls as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently using Google Suite.
- Perform clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with office management tasks as needed, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in computer systems, particularly Google Suite applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Must have dental experience.
